MEET OUR OWNER

KELLY BOYLE

Kelly is a highly experienced fitness instructor with over 15 years in the industry. Certified through NSCA and with additional qualifications in Resistance Band and Youth Speed and Agility training, she has worked with diverse clientele across all age groups and fitness levels. Kelly's athletic background includes standout performances in high school and college sports, earning her recognition and induction into the TMHS Hall of Fame and was named The Town Crier’s Athlete of the Decade. Kelly earned a Division 1 scholarship to Siena College in New York where she was voted multi-year Team Captain and set the school’s home run record. 

 

At Boyle’s Fitness Factory, Kelly emphasizes personalized training regimens tailored to individual goals, focusing on correct form to build strength, improve performance and prevent injuries. Her motivating and enthusiastic approach ensures clients leave feeling physically stronger and mentally empowered. With a commitment to inclusivity, Kelly creates a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported on their fitness journey.

CHOOSE YOUR WORKOUT

Whether you are ready to break a sweat with a boot camp workout, elevate your game with one of our Sports Performance programs or experience the benefits of personalized training, we have an option for you.

BOOT CAMP

Boot camp is a 45 minute full body HIIT workout. It will push you–combining resistance training and cardio training with different workouts each time you walk thought the door! This class is suitable for all levels of fitness with plenty of modifications available as needed.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Increase your speed, power, strength, mobility and help with injury prevention. Whether you are a young athlete just starting out, or an elite athlete striving trying to reach that next level this program will give you the safe, appropriate training needed.

Small Group Training will provide an intimate environment in a small group setting (3-6 people) where you can excel and take your training to the next level at a fraction of the cost of personal training. You will benefit from targeting programming to meet your goals.
